Thanks, Joseph! I use a Canon EOS Rebel SL2. Some of these photos were taken with the HDR setting. It’s especially good for sunsets or landscapes like the beaches and it just makes the colors pop!

Yes, absolutely! Every meal I had in Lima was delicious whether it came from a fancy restaurant or a hole-in-the-wall place. I really liked La Jarana Criolla (the 8-dish sampler from Panchita restaurant) because it let you taste eight different creole-style dishes at once. That said, if you get a chance to try Peruvia creole food, don’t miss it! The ceviche, needless to say, was also amazing!
